Upon landing at the pier, you will notice a locked stone room alongside various yellow paint markings on the surrounding cave walls. These painted symbols provide the direct clue needed to interact with the dial mechanism on the pedestal.

Solving the stone dais puzzle requires viewing the painted symbols from very specific perspectives. The first symbol is clearly visible near the wooden ladder, painted directly onto the stone wall. The remaining two symbols require stepping back or climbing the ladder to align painted markings on separate structures into a single cohesive icon.

By standing near the top platform near the locked door, the fragmented perspective aligns into three distinct icons. These correspond to the tri-line wave, the stacked curves, and the central crest symbols on the pedestal.
